Two different answers, honestly separated: the website runs on standard hosting; the product runs in your environment with no subprocessors by design.
Product deployments
The platform installs inside the customer environment. There is no vendor cloud, no telemetry and no standing vendor access — so there are no subprocessors in the product data path. Where a customer elects co-managed or vendor-managed service modes, the arrangement is defined in the signed agreement, not on this page.
This website and our mailboxes
maib.io is a static website served from infrastructure operated by mAIb Tech (a virtual private server we administer), fronted by Cloudflare for DNS, TLS and DDoS protection — meaning requests to this site pass through Cloudflare's network. Contact goes to mailboxes operated on standard business email infrastructure. Enquiry data you send us is processed as described in the privacy policy.
This website sets no analytics or tracking cookies and sends no visitor data to any other third party.
