mAIb Tech was founded by Rami Mohammed Kheir, whose background is in telecom operations — the charging, billing and BSS environments the flagship product serves. He is the author of The GAIO Doctrine, the company's published whitepaper on sovereign AI governance (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20457628).
