Rami founded mAIb Tech after 18 years inside telecom billing and charging operations across three Tier-1 mobile operators — the environments where a wrong answer has a financial cost, an audit trail is not optional, and "trust us" has never been an acceptable security model.

He spent nearly nine years at MTN in progressively senior Intelligent Network and prepaid charging roles — including leading a revenue-assurance programme that recovered roughly 65% of a documented data-revenue loss — and almost nine years as a BSS Expert at Huawei Technologies, leading the operational engineering of a Tier-1 operator's converged OCS billing and charging platform, where structured incident and change management reduced operational incidents by 38%. He currently leads a Tier-1 GCC operator's cross-vendor billing-platform migration as billing expert and project SPOC — his second full vendor-platform transition.

That career is the company's design brief. Watching operational teams reach for public AI tools with configurations and incident data in hand — because no sanctioned alternative existed — convinced him that regulated enterprises don't need better models; they need AI they can deploy inside their boundary, govern with their policies, and prove to their auditors. Every mAIb Tech product — Locs, GAIO and the AOS-1 runtime — is built to that standard, by someone who has operated the systems they protect.

Rami holds an MBA in Artificial Intelligence from Porto Business School (Dean's Scholarship) and is the author of The GAIO Doctrine (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20457628), the company's published whitepaper on sovereign AI governance. mAIb Tech is founder-led through its design-partner phase — design partners and evaluators work directly with the person accountable for the architecture.
