Compliance posture
Two questions get mixed up under 'compliance': whether mAIb Tech holds certifications (we are pre-certification and say so), and whether the platform helps you meet your obligations (that is what it is designed for).
Our own status
mAIb Tech holds no issued certifications today and claims none. Certification work (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2) is on the roadmap; the framework alignment page is the single source of truth for our per-framework position and is updated only when the underlying evidence changes.
How the platform supports your obligations
- Data-boundary control: customer-hosted, air-gap-capable deployment keeps regulated data in your jurisdiction and estate.
- Accountability: approval gates, decision records and tamper-evident audit trails map to the evidence expectations of AI and data regulation.
- Human oversight: advisory-only output with refusal behaviour supports human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Regulatory mapping: packs can be mapped to applicable regional circulars and frameworks per engagement.
Your compliance function remains the authority on your obligations — the platform is built to give it evidence, not to replace its judgement.
