Who we are
This policy covers the website maib.io, operated by mAIb Tech LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("mAIb Tech", "we", "us"). Product deployments run in customer environments under separate agreements; product-specific privacy terms (for example for Locs) are published on the relevant product site.
What we collect
We collect only what you submit to us: name, work email, company, role and the content of your enquiry when you use a contact or request form (which composes an email from your own mail client), or when you email us directly.
The readiness self-assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and score are not transmitted to us unless you choose to share them in a follow-up email.
This website currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If that changes, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated first.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, evaluate design-partner or investor fit, provide requested materials, and keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you initiate, or steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers that host our website and mailboxes (see the subprocessors page) and is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Contact support@maib.io with "Privacy" in the subject line and we will respond to any request personally. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
