Two very different scopes
Website: enquiry data you submit is processed by mAIb Tech as described in the privacy policy, using the providers listed on the subprocessors page.
Products: the platform deploys inside the customer environment. In customer-hosted deployments, the customer is the controller and the operator of the infrastructure; mAIb Tech has no standing access to customer data, and support access — where granted — is explicit, time-limited and audited.
Data processing agreements
Where mAIb Tech processes personal data on behalf of a customer in a service context, a data processing agreement is executed as part of the commercial agreement. DPA terms are provided during contracting — request them through a briefing.
International transfers
Website enquiry data is processed where our infrastructure providers operate. Product data stays in the customer environment by design, so cross-border transfer questions are answered by your deployment decisions rather than ours.
